- Our preferred method of payment is Paypal or credit card payments through Paypal (Note: You do NOT need a to have a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal, and all payments are secure through Paypal). Checks or money orders are also accepted and can be sent to Designer Geckos, PO Box 6008, Longmont, CO 80501. Please contact us if you choose to pay by check or money order. Your geckos will be released for shipment once your check clears....please include all pertinent shipping and contact information with your order. Paypal payments should be sent to designergeckos@hotmail.com.
- We will put a 14 day hold on your gecko with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment in full must be made within 30 days.
- We are now extending a 10% discount offer to all police, firefighters, veterans, and current military personnel as a token of our deep appreciation for their great service protecting us 24/7. Thank you!
- If weather or other shipping conditions are not favorable at the time of your order, we will contact you to let you know when the gecko will be shipped so we can coordinate the process efficiently.
- Geckos will be shipped via UPS or Fedex overnight for $40 (Continental US) for delivery the next day before 11:00am. Someone at your end must be available to sign for and receive your gecko when delivered.
- Please contact us within 72 hours of your receipt of shipment if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will work out an arrangement to resolve the issue. We will refund your money or offer you a replacement (if available).
